  Note there are a couple of things I forgot to mention:<br>1. CMC&apos;s burst has a long execution time, if you don&apos;t use it immediately after a polestar stack reset, you won&apos;t get the stacks currently displayed to apply to all burst damage, which will likely result in lower damage<br>2. Regarding CR, CMC only needs 20.9% CR in substats, if you assume cryo resonance will be active. In my experience, there are occasions where cryo resonance might not be fully active (like when the enemy has an electro shield), so if you don&apos;t assume cryo resonance, you&apos;ll need 35.9% CR to be built to get consistent crits.<br>3. Odette QE is bugged atm, her swan stacks don&apos;t go back to her when you use burst. If you want max damage, you&apos;ll need to EQE.

  I wish Hydro Traveler was given Lunar reactions, if they&apos;re going to make CMC OP then why not give HMC at least usable after Nod-Krai

  the only struggle I had with cryo mc is actually getting low CR and high CD artifact since they already had too much CR, the best I can do is like 68% CR and 278% CD I want to aim for higher CD maybe 300% if possible

  with yae, odette or qiqi burst they aren&apos;t terrible abilities on paper, they do add damage in a vacuum, the issue is that compared to the other things you could be doing they&apos;re often significantly worse. for CMC specifically they have extremely frontloaded damage with short field time so there&apos;s no issue, but for all the buffed carries you&apos;d be extending your rotation to include those bursts which is unlikely to be good, and for sandrone she has infinite uptime so besides the bare minimum electro app for her to function literally any ability that isn&apos;t her CA or burst has to compete with her CA. in practice even in those teams where the bursts aren&apos;t useful by default you will find use cases, sometimes you&apos;ll have downtime to fill, stall phases, AOE content, mechanics to deal with, etc, but that will be the exception

  I feel like it is generally understood that for main dps ct bursts are good due to their shorter field time
