What weapon would you like to see Jerome investigate next?

9:25 That Medic staying with his casualty despite everyone scrambling for cover is admirable.

As a former artilleryman, that was cool. I've fired thousands, never knew exactly what went into making one.

Artillery isn't the God of War, it's the King of Battle.

Great to see how in the UK 155 mm shells are produced. The part that really, really boggles my mind is that here we are four years later and the combined production capacity of United States, European NATO members, and the UK is still insufficient to supply Ukraine and it’s monthly artillery needs. How is it that we in the West can be so utterly unwilling to increase the productive capacity of artillery shells to meet and in fact exceed what Ukraine needs!

It's amazing to me that the shell doesn't explode from the sheer force of being fired.

3:40 Actually, the "firing pin" strikes the primer. The primer ignites the powder. Technically, the powder doesn't explode, it burns. 3:55 The rearward obturation is accomplished by the obturator (mushroom head) that is a permanent part of the internal face of the breech not the shell.
