Dude who lives in Japan here. The "Casino" you saw is called a Pachinko parlor. It acts as a loophole "casino" as gambling is illegal in Japan. Basically a slot machine parlor that uses steel balls you buy instead of coins. You can trade your won balls in for money so its just a work around to legalize gambling. They are run by the mob here. They smell like tobacco and are filled with addicts.

A love hotel is accommodations you pay by the hour for, some times themed, usually used for "love"... However that building was a unique apartment building that was iconic in Tokyo but had structural issues as it was designed to be modular with removable "pod apartments". It was torn down a few years ago. This inside shown isn't that building. But ALOT of the older love hotels have very strange rooms. There is even a dinosaur themed one... There are castles too...

to quote a famous doctor in regards to the timelines "People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff.

One thing you might have forgotten, is that Logan's entire skeleton is coated in Adamantium. So even if his healing isn't working he still has a bullet proof skeleton. Any bullet that hit bone was stopped. Sure it could still mess up his body, but most internal organs in his head and chest are fairly well protected. The bullet would have to path between ribs to reach heart or lungs, or through gaps in the skull to reach the brain. That doesn't make him impervious, but he was still fairly durable even if he wasn't healing.
