Fun fact: when Cooler was announced to be added to Dragon Ball Fighterz so many people started quoting “Imma plant me a dumbass tree!!”

Piccolo has a lot of weird powers that are mostly unseen in DBZ. You see them more in his father and him on Dragon Ball, and some make a comeback on DBS. Like him turning giant.

Fun Fact: Harmony Gold was the first company to get the rights to make the English dub for Dragonball back in the late 1980s, in which they changed almost every character's name; Goku was Zero, Bulma was Lena, Krillin was Bongo, Oolong was Mao Mao, and so on (the only characters who kept their original names were Master Roshi, Chiaotzu, and Mercenary Tao). Whiskers the Wonder Cat is what they named Korin. Harmony Gold was infamous for changing names and even entire plots, and are famously the company at fault for frankensteining Macross, Southern Cross, and Mospeada together into the Robotech series.

If Boom hasn’t already he should definitely watch Dragon Ball, it’s just a great adventure story before things got crazy in Z
