  What a vicious circle of people 😮. I’m glad the FL realized that she was her own best savior and didn’t need to rely upon another man to rescue her.

  Once again, the psychotic mistress gets away with just saying, "Sorry!" after destroying other people's lives for her own entertainment.  When are the writers going to give us some satisfaction in seeing the mistress suffer the consequences of her behavior????!!!

  A very good story about a resilient and courageous woman. She fought for her family, she fought for her dignity, she fought against those who tried to tear her down for amusement, and she fought against the toxic love that came shackled to gratitude. She fought alone, but in the end she won.

  They always forget the importance they were given by the men themselves and let the men treat them worse than entry mats- the first time he started being self-pitying about all he "did for me" and acted like I didn't deserve what he chose to do, I'd have left in a way that embarrassed him as much as possible. But maybe im too head strong and self centred - i have no issue having negative traits attached to my name (they balance the good ones, after all).

  Good story but lacks depth in regards to the mistress’s motivation. Why would she interfere in the FL’s 1st engagement if she liked the guy from the 2nd engagement? Her parents and the 2nd guy’s parents apparently joked about getting their kids together, back when they were both children, so I can see why that would cause her to fixate on him. But, if she was already fixated on 2nd guy from childhood, why did she break up FL’s engagement and give the guy she likes a chance with fl? She even went as far as to frame them both to further push them towards each other… was she stupid?

  Wait, she had a boyfriend, was “fought over” and then chose the scum? She couldn’t get a break like any normal person would instead of moving on right away.
