It wasn't STUPIDITY, it was CALCULATED by the Prosecution. They've fed these SAME LIES to other judges in other courts and NEVER got questioned by it. ALAN JACKSON and HIS TEAM DID THEIR HOMEWORK AND RESEARCHED EVERYTHING...EVERYTHING! NONE OF THE PROSECUTIONS BULLSHIT SLIPPED BY THEM, and they simply SHOWED the BULLSHIT to the JURY!!!

@Andrew, I get the distinct impression that Proctor's lawyer basically sandbagged Scapicchio in the interest of Proctor not testifying. <br><br>At this point, I would think justice demands that the case be dismissed with prejudice. The prosecutor not producing discovery has unduly delayed the case and has handicapped the defense in it's preparation. The judge not continuing with Lally's testimony has unduly delayed matters. Now Proctor is stating an intent to not testify. That is denying the defense evidence which might not be exculpatory but it certainly goes to the weight of the evidence. The fact of when that intent was made known could be considered "trial by ambush." It all points to dilatory tactics by the prosecution. Any remedy as to dilatory tactics would probably be civil, but there is that constitutional provision regarding a "speedy public trial..."

I agree that women are accused of raising their voice while men are not. Judge agrees with proctor re: women.

Proctor was VERY PROUD of what he did to others...be just as PROUD to testify and repeat your PRIDE...STOP THE HIDING!

They never had a case against against Karen. She should never have been indicted or arrested much less tried (twice) based on their "evidence"
