  Another example of the corruption in the US judicial system. Karen Read and hard telling how many others . Especially if you get a public defender you are gambling with your life.

  Zach was in active addiction, phone calls to score drugs is the first thing an addict does when they wake up (if they don’t already have any), memory issues is a constant problem, sometimes takes decades for a brain to heal fully once an addict enters sobriety. I’ve been sober myself now for 14 years and I still struggle with memory issues, chronic drug use causes brain damage.

  That prosecutor wanted a win and she got 3. She is evil and there will be a reckoning. I hope when the truth finally comes out these men sue the pants off the state and everyone involved.

  THAT is EVIDENCE to convict him????? Texts &amp; phone calls???? Some that he didn’t remember as an admitted addict. If his attorneys told him DO NOT TESTIFY, it doesn’t matter if the judge asked him 20 different ways. The DA didn’t make ONE valid point. He wasn’t properly prepared or represented at his trial, he was railroaded. SHE keeps bringing up that his own expert screwed him. <br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JY6WNFOOtI&amp;t=5090">1:24:50</a> innocent until PROVEN guilty!! He doesn’t NEED a strategy! The defense didn’t have to say a thing or call witnesses. The STATE has the burden of proof period! THEY have to PROVE his guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. <br>BUT, we all know now, with a dirty DA (withheld exculpatory evidence) &amp; a clearly biased judge, he didn’t have a chance! He’s💯INNOCENT!

  Hearing him tell his story really PISSES ME OFF.... who was on this jury in 2017?! You mean to tell me NOT ONE DAMN JUROR HAD ENOUGH OF A BACKBONE TO STAND FOR AN INNOCENT MAN.... NOT ONE! &nbsp;What a huge disappointment....I wish someone would find the jurors and question them bc this is absurd. Even the prosecutors are proving his innocence with all these 911 calls....fucking ridiculous. &nbsp;Small town corruption is an epidemic!
