  Over the past week or so of watching your videos, I&apos;ve noticed I am much more calm and even more focused. My senses are sharper and I feel more in tune with the natural world. So many people would greatly benefit from just sitting and listening. My dog loves it too.

  I have been working on letting go of the past but I will never let go the draw of the ocean (I don&apos;tthink I could if for some wkld reason I would want to). &nbsp;I am working on manifesting a home by the ocean; a place my last years will know only peace ✌️ ✨️
