  Proving the surrogacy, would make removal from line of succession a moot point. They'd automatically be ineligible. They were not born of his wife.

  If the children were born from surrogate and a nda was signed.could the biological mother could have treason  against her for knowledge of the children not being born by Megan?

  Wasn't it 2 weeks later we allegedly found out about his birth when Harry did the slip of the tongue?  I personally believe the kids are allegedly born from a surrogacy with the fertilization coming from Harry.  If this is the case and allegedly they are found out then this has to bear a heavy punishment as if they had got away with it they would have allegedly committed a fraud to the Thorne.  Just my opinion.
