  This reminds me of when I used to lay down in the nurses office waiting for my mom to come get me. Just listening to her writing notes, charting, sorting things, always made me relax even when I felt awful.

  Oh yeah, I remember back in school, I didn't know what ASMR was yet, but during quiet reading and testing time, I used to love listening and tingling to the sound of papers rustling, pencils writing, and my teacher's keyboard clacking.

  I have come to realize that the first time I experienced asmr was in the 4th grade. I had a friend who sat next to me in class and she had a huge trapper keeper type binder with the zipper and everything. All, and I mean all, of her worksheets from class were in those clear plastic paper sleeves. When she would take out her binder I would nearly get excited! I became mesmerized by the way she flipped and quickly shuffled through those plastic sheets because of the soothing sound it made. I begged my mom to buy me some and I used them all throughout my school years because I loved the sound!

  I usually prefer talking videos but occasionally I enjoy a no talking as relaxing background sounds whilst I read.....this is 10/10 👌 thankyou 😊
