  Be careful with the oil dispenser, especially with olive oil as it will go rancid. Olive oil bottles are green or dark glass and have a sealed lid for a reason. Just wanted to let you know as not waste your oil or money 😊

  Pro tip. I have a smart bulb in my bedside lamp, and I use my echo dot to set a “wake up light alarm”, which does the same thing as the sunrise alarm clock. It’s been a game changer when it comes to getting up in the morning. I used to snooze multiple times (sometimes 8-10 times!) before using the sunrise feature.

  Vibration plate: start low and slow, less time to begin with. It does take time to get used to it. I hated mine at first but it has made significant improvements to my muscle cramps, my dog even likes to do it!! I found it felt more awake too if I did it in the morning. My joints feel better too. But, everyone is different, &nbsp;do what is best for you!

  Sound that you called the horror was actually the sound of a heartbeat in the womb. A lovely noise to listen to when you are pregnant and also can be used as white noise for babies in the months after their birth to fall asleep as it is familiar sound to them.

  I’m pretty sure that hairbrush is beneficial because you use it for Afro hair to get the knots out and it glide straight through a lot of my African friends have them and use them and they’re easy to clean if they don’t have a giant wide tooth comb
