The issue is that Africans have gotten too comfortable. Remember the story about the frog inside the pot? The frog eventually dies. A country needs a leader with a very CLEAR VISION and a sense of direction. Humans are like wildebeests, the one behind follows the lead of the guy infront. If the head wildebeest didn't have a clear vision and a sense of direction, the heard would never make it out of the Serengeti into the Mara. They would just hang out in Tanzania. Its pretty comfortable over there.

I think the problem with our African leaders is that they only think about what's gona happen to them after losing their possessions because they enter those positions from a very poorest background and only want to enrich themselves

KEEP FIGHTING AFRICA! NEVER GIVE UP! Rome wasn’t built in a day, and YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO STRUGGLE building up this great nation. It’s not supposed to be easy, you are supposed to ENDURE through it all. The USA didn’t even truly form until 100’s of years into its legitimacy. MAKE IT HAPPEN AND KEEP THE RHETORIC POSITIVE!

I asked a room full of smart people one simple question: <br>"Is anyone here actually building a solutions?" <br>The response? <br>More talking points. More framework ideas. And a suggestion to schedule another conversation. <br>That's when it hit me: <br>We've confused talking about problems with solving them. <br>Analysis feels like progress. Debate feels like action. A meeting feels like momentum. <br>But none of them create anything. <br>Here's the uncomfortable truth: <br> Talking is safe. Building is risky. Talking signals intelligence. Building invites failure. Talking wins the room. Building wins the real world. <br>A clunky, imperfect product that solves a real problem will always beat a flawless discussion about why the problem exists. <br>So I'm encouraging our community to change where we invest our energy: <br>Less "we should." More "We are building." <br>Less alignment meetings. More collaborations and prototypes. <br>The energy spent planning "another conversation" is energy that could be spent developing and shipping v1 of a product or service that actually takes us where we want to go. <br>Talkers discuss the future. Builders create it.

Like EU, AU is the way. It has to start with conditions that have to be fulfilled to join. That usually starts with a considerably fewer countries, and allows countries to compete to meet the constitutionality set criteria to join AU. The rest is history.
