  There was a lot of useful stuff in the thrift store dumpster that my grand kids could use. &nbsp;At age 71, I’m not spry enuf to dive! &nbsp;It’s great you rescue so much stuff that is NOT trash!

  If you boil or bake potatoes, you can freeze them in sealed containers or Ziploc bags for up to 3 months. If you want to eat, reheat and season how you want or make a sweet potato salad out of it. If it is already all seasoned, just reheat it in a microwave or in a steamer. You can juice the citrus fruits like oranges and lemons, freeze them with ice cube trays, then transfer them into Ziploc bags and use them when needed.
