A new Mini cost about $786 in the 60's, so that amp cost 40% the price of a new car! To be fair silicon transistors were very expensive in the 60's and this amp has lasted a LOT better than most unrestored Mini's! Very nice find.

As an owner of a Sansui 4000 and 5000X, I agree. My favorite-sounding era of Sansui receivers of any of them.
