  For Compacted Sand, I'd call the item a Sandbag. I mean that's literally how they're used for flood control.

  I would like to see Telepathy as an item, the Side Shield. It would be completely useless in singles, but in VGC it would be fantastic on support Pokemon like Incineroar, Indeedee-F or Farigaraf, as their partners could spam their spread moves with reckless abandon (so long as they didn’t take a Knock Off).

  I think the justified item should only activate once, like the snowball item for ice moves. Raises attack when hit by an ice move once, then consumed.
