  Using Silverhands alternate model is by itself enough to qualify you as a cyberpsycho.

  TECHNICALLY, since you have no leg cyberware at the start of the game, V cant leave the bathroom and, therefore, run impossible. Yeah, i AM that guy.

  As of now, Fingers has no exclusive cyberware, everyone has his once exclusives.<br><br>His jaw is free real estate for destruction.

  Its obvious that by the end you&apos;re totally cyberpsycho and the Smasher fight isn&apos;t real as evidenced by the many times he glitched (and definitely not because of game bugs).

  Cyberpsychos use guns and drugs too. As evidenced by the many cyberpsychos you&apos;re sent after, and the cyberpunk show edgerunners. Of course that would just be regular gameplay at that point.<br><br>Would have been cool if the edgerunner perk also gave you a chance when attacked (feel threatened) that you go into cyberpsycho rage, be able to use all your cyberware without cooldowns, and make it so you see all nearby npcs whether hostile, friendly or civilian, as enemies. Bonus if the chance to trigger the psycho rage increased the more it happened (first time 5% second time 10% so on) with the possibility of going full psycho with 100% chance to trigger every time you feel threatened.
