  Hidden dip is a very helpful sign, when you’re driving along a single carriageway straight road that looks clear to overtake there could be a car in the dip that you can’t see coming, it would be a head on collision if you’re overtaking thinking the road is clear until the car comes up from the dip in the road.

  I’ve just seen a road sign saying ‘Cats Eyes Removed’ which would horrify anyone not British. &nbsp;It refers to the little reflecting studs in the middle of the road which help when driving in the dark.
