  Nice to see another saved Saab. Myself Saved 2011 9-3 SC1.8t.( tuned step 1)<br>Got in contact with a former guy who been restoring Range Rovers, who Sandblaster my car underneath, and after painted with 2 component Zink paint. Oil and wax sprayed in as well on all critical spaces, so its better than new.<br>Also done a cheramic pro treatment on the outside, and a Major Service, so now the car is ready to go to Spain.<br>I Love My Saab, best car I ever have owned, even better than my restored Oldsmobile Cutlas Supreme Convertible 1970.<br>Had earlier a Saab 95 2.3T 2003, but this Saab is even better.<br>Had also Volvos, Mitsubishis, Audis, but nothing to compare with Saab

  Couple of rust prevention tips I learned about these so far. Check in the toprail slots under the plastic caps on the roof, and under the front and rear window outer trim. Not sure why those are prone to rusting. Also pull the front wheel liners and check the spot where the firewall protrudes out into the wheelwell. The seam sealant appears to fail and allow water into it, rusting the metal to metal seam.
