Gambling companies should not be able to sponsor or be involved with sporting in any official capacity. Its a disgrace.

The way these “sports” are filmed, I keep expecting it to turn into some LiveLeak horror show.

I read an Interview of a guy that worked for one of these sites. He said their algorythm was looking for young male migrants in suburbs of big cities. They are the most likely to get addicted. And once they stopped they send them so much free Games every week until they got hooked again

Here in Russia I have a couple of friends who play volleyball on one of these farms targeted towards the Chinese betters. They are paid about $12 per game and are updated on what team needs to win/lose according to the incoming bets. They are happy though because they're not good enough to play professionally, but they can make money playing their favorite sport.

I think accusing the world of becoming dystopian and almost immediately advertising for an AI company is one of the most delicious things I've observed so far this year. Bravo sir!
