  The locals did NOT want you to spend those 5 dollars LOL. This is honestly so refreshing to see as an American. I never would have thought Pakistan was this level of friendly and generous. Great people!!

  way better then the Sri Lankan five dollar challenge. again, Pakistan is a established and major city in the South Asian vernacular. and I&apos;ve argued that Pakistan is probably the leading nation in its class (again, amongst South Asian countries) &nbsp;for its hospitality.....
