Here's another fun fact about Reigen: Notice how in the flashback, Reigen smoked? According to the official character guidebook for Mob Psycho, Reigen stopped smoking once Mob started coming to see him every day because (I assume) he didn't think it was right to smoke around a kid.

1:24:04 When Reigen says here that "the way she talked was too inconsistent", he actually said "一人称がコロコロかわったり” which means "the way she referred to herself kept changing." There are a bunch of different first person pronouns in Japanese, and the one you use depends heavily on setting and you as a person. Changing which one you use every other sentence would be incredibly suspicious.

Serizawa joining with Reigen is perfect cause like now Reigen actually can have atleast one friend around his age and not middle school kids..

at the exorcising ghost family in episode 3, reigen said mob is equally close to human or spirit, so like pushing mob to exorcise innocent ghost felt the same as killing innocent human to mob

49:29 If you recognize that tunnel, it's because it's the same one from DanDaDan. Dash Granny from this show and Turbo Granny from that show are based on the same urban legend.

2:35:16 Funny thing is, Reigen actually clocks that it's all scripted and the kid is just acting. He just doesn't quite realise why. It's a pretty interesting bit of writing that showcases his perception and quick witted-ness but still ends in him being caught.

Love how at the end of season 1 Mob is only barely held back from using lethal force against Claw by Reigan, and in the season 2 finale we see what he could actually do to kill someone against the Claw leader (even if he ends up surviving). Reigan really did the right thing by keeping Mob from going that hard.

So in the final battle it does not show it, but Mob runs through many emotions during the course of the fight. Off the top of my head, he hits the following:
1) Rage to start
2) Ecstasy when he begins to enjoy fighting
3) Shame when he realizes he's losing control
4) Empathy when he connects to Suzuki
5) Sadness - "I really don't want to hurt you" throws buildings
6) Resignation during pretzel time
7) Courage "Body Improvement! FIGHT ON!"
8) Kindness when he stops the explosion

I may have missed one or two but he really runs through the gamut of emotions! Hence why Suzuki calls him emotionally unstable.
