  I lived in Northern California , used to go to Roaring Camp in Calaveras County ! Found lots of quartz , rose quartz gold etc.

  I know nothing about rocks but I pick up odd or pretty ones after and toss them into my plant pots in my house. I am wracking my brain on which plant (there are many) that I tossed a little black stone in that I think is a black diamond now. I picked it up in the mountains surrounding Tucson AZ.

  I was in the river in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco México, aboit 16 years ago I was just starting to learn how to pan for gold when in my pan I saw a Litle clear stone roughly shaped like a diamond. I didnt know anything about diamonds I didn&apos;t even know you could find diamonds in some ribers. looked at it for a while and I thought It was a piece of glass and thru It back in the river. and know I know It was a ruogh diamond.

  I our farm, I also find small stones, &nbsp;that I pick it up, &nbsp;a size is like a brocken glass, its glettering some are dull, its colors is somewhat, purpke, orgers are yelliw, others are pinkish.

  I was panning feather river around 12 years ago. I found a weird piece of glass that was slightly cloudy and shaped like a tear drop. I was thinking it was glass tumbled over many years down the river. It was in a root ball that I knocked off the pebbled roots into my pan. I can’t stop thinking about it sitting in a small vial of gold I lost a long time ago. I had a roller/picker nugget with black staining also and good sized flakes. I must find and replace what I have lost.

  Found blood red garnets in quartz or what I thought was quartz. I found a boulder that was in two different pieces. I saw these white crystals and they had the garnets on them. I thought about going back to the boulder and search for more indicators minerals! I am finding shist shards and I think kimberlite. Central Washington state, USA.

  I wash it clean, and when I put it under sunlight, it glitters, I can not understand, when &nbsp;I hamered it, its &nbsp;hard, it &nbsp;never &nbsp;brocken when I &nbsp;continously &nbsp;hammed it,

  Yes, I have in &nbsp;my position a black small stone, its heavy one edge is &nbsp;glettering, its &nbsp;somewhat greasy..I just keep it. I have plenty of it. I thought it &nbsp;was a glass. I just keep it. I have a &nbsp;plenty ofcit asc my colkection &nbsp;I keep finding it on &nbsp;our farm.

  I live in Alaska and we have a lot of coal on the beaches and lava rock and watching. This makes me wonder how many times I have thrown aside. A so to say fake agate or clear rock
