It's just a normal summer dip. The fact op17 had so much hype and Pokemon 30th came out, money moved there for a bit. It's 100% cyclical and any person with a couple pennies and brain should buy one piece, since it is dipping.

Holding all of my OP grails (Oda Sig, Red Luffy, serialized stuff, G2 & G5 Luffy Manga, etc.) and buying more in the opportunity this dip provides! I own the Shanks OP01 Manga and Serialized Shanks and have diamond hands :)
