Something I really enjoy about your videos is the lack of music in your cinematic shots. Please never change that.

Greetings to you, good Sir.
I'm a 60 year old British guy, living in the English Midlands.
I have to tell you, that was one of the most well-executed travel/adventure videos I've seen on YouTube.
Your presentational style is nice and relaxed and you include just enough commentary, without being overbearing or repetitive. Most of all, you let the scenery speak for itself.
I'm also insanely jealous! We have nothing remotely (haha!) like the incredible wilderness you've shown here. I'd love to have ready access to such places.
Keep going, young man, you're a natural!
👏👏👏

I grew up here on a ranch that follows it. Being put here as a young boy all alone. Life was amazing

I appreciate that you don't give out coordinates. If one wishes to find this canyon, they can, but it requires the kind of diligence usually found only in the respectful.

I'm glad YouTube put your video into my recommended feed last week.

I've got severe chronic pain. I really enjoy being able to see places I'll never have the chance to go. Seriously appreciate the videos they help distract from my pain.

23:22 for those wondering, the name of the canyon is the Owyhee Uplands Canyon. The river is the East Fork Jarbidge river. It begins in northern Nevada, flows north, eventually joining the West Fork Jarbidge River, forming the Jarbidge River. The JR then connects with the West Fork Bruneau River, which becomes the Bruneau River...which finally meets with the Snake River (his thumbnail is turned so that East is at top of the image). I like how this guy tries to keep these areas pristine (I hope he retrieved his GoPro screw ...) but these places are for everyone, not just YouTubers.

Rhyolite? WooT! I was half right! "Crime Pays But Botany Doesn't" has taught me everything I know about Western geology.

Crazy that Salmon used to swim all up and down that river before the dams.

I liked the "without my dads help" as he also seems to be packing in, and floating everyone's gear - Dads for the win.

Eastern Oregon is criminally underrated.

People don’t realize that salmon and steelhead used to travel from the ocean to parts of Nevada, and that was because of the Owyhee River. The dam brought an end to that unfortunately.

I grew up in Mountain Home. I spent many days wondering those canyons. My favorite place on earth.
