  Im going to be 26 next month, im a single mum and with debt of about $7k, all because i never priorized myself, ive lived for others, but now im trying to pick my pieces again alhamdulilah, thanks for this episode, its something even the youth needs more, its pathetic i was never taught to do that. Even now its so hard but Alhamdulilah.<br><br>Its so hard that i tear up almost everyday because i still prioritize my mum and kids but im aware, and i hope i can give myself the freedom in Sha Allah

  I heard a 3 for 3 technique for families, mum has 3hrs to herself, dad has 3hrs to himself and 3hrs as a couple every week uninterrupted and it can be in a block or an hour here and there, it&apos;s a good idea though cause it avoids the awkward asking for it or feeling bad that hubby has been working, he can definitely do 3hrs with the kids over a weekend

  When a woman puts herself first,she can help people without even speaking - all you gotta do is take a look at her.Also when a woman has a lovely powerful or confident aura, she will attract these people into her life and later on it will carry with her thru out her ”wife-hood” and subconsiesly she will teach it to her kids which leads to a healthy household. I wish women understood their worth and start to see their power without having to get married - we are already complete we just have to find ourselves,no male can make a woman complete,a real man can bring the feminine powerful energy out of her naturally with him being naturally a healthy masculine man. Our nature is being neglected and played with thru out these cultures because people get threatened by our power - society,babies and even animals can sense feminine energy.Its powerful,wonderful and needed in earth , thats why we call it mother nature. Feminine is plays a big role on earths well being, we have to embrace that instead of waiting for someone making us a wife or a mother.Inshallah all my sister can get in touch with their powerful peaceful self if they are struggling right now,putting yourself first will help yourself and everybody around you without you doing anything🌸

  This is so true. I was very surprised as an adult to see the expectations my friends had of motherhood. My mom left us at home, she spent on herself, she took time for her own needs, you know? She created boundaries with us and so now, I have the space to be able to do that with my children.

  I feel like I really needed this episode. I quit my job for my mental health and had all sorts of people whispering in my ear. I’m much happier now and work freelance and it’s going well. Insha allah I have applied to do my masters and I’m just waiting to find out if I’ve got in. I’m at a stage in my life where I just want to put myself first and fulfil my dreams💕
