  Poverty cannot be use as a crime, if a person can only afford a 44ft camper, then that's all they can afford. There's children living in cardboard boxes on the street, and the government doesn't do anything about that.

  So a 44 foot camper, according to google, is one of those large class A things…there are a lot of families living in these. Interesting to see a case about kids living in them.

  Both parents are a hot mess. 2 kids w mental health issues. Mom had her young kids living w a strange man, . Split care 50/50 is better for them. Every kid needs therapy. Dad isn't responsible/at fault  for the mental health for the oldest anymore than the mom is at fault for the other kid on medication

  I hope dad‘s living conditions improve for the best interest of the children.<br>I was not impressed with this mother whatsoever. She is sneaky and cunning and I believe she’s using drugs with her boyfriend‼️ &nbsp;Dad I wouldn’t trust this woman document everything and have others present and do everything in writing‼️

  I am watching the sister right now! &nbsp;Both her and her brother do not communicate well at all. &nbsp;Saying, &quot;ya know&quot; three times in answering one question! &nbsp;No, the judge DOES NOT KNOW and that is why you&apos;re being asked!!<br><br>Where is the mom? &nbsp;Why wasn&apos;t the sister asked how she spanks the children? &nbsp;Why aren&apos;t the older kids there to talk to the judge in his chambers? &nbsp;So, mom doesn&apos;t want to go back to every other week trade offs yet she wants the younger two there full-time currently?<br><br>This is a mess! &nbsp;<br><br>Julie<br>Birch Bay, WA

  As the judge said he knows nothing of the man living with a married woman and her children.Yet he places the children in her care. WTF. Is he willing to take responsibility of something happening to them if the man has a serious criminal record he mentioned as possibilities? He damn sure wont live with the repercussion should any harm come to those children in that home.<br>You are placing children in the hands of someone living with them no one knows any thing about Says the Judge. No questions asked if repairs have been made to the RV. Mother lawyer lied and said the children reported the conditions at his place. The mother said she lived with him and the children in the RV and the conditions while she lived their. I hate liars especially lawyers judges and cops. you would like to trust them but event hey let everyone down and they pretend their judgement is better than everyone else&apos;s.<br>When i divorced my ex also moved in with a women living with her while we were still married. I trusted him when he asked if he could spend the day with our daughters. He didn&apos;t bring them back after church and dinner with his family like he said he would. I searched a week for them and found them the day before he and his girlfriend were to move to a big city under his brothers step daughters name so they wouldn&apos;t be found, I learned from him a few years later after the fact. <br>In court I learned his girlfriend was a convicted child kidnapper only because she came with his whole family and all our friends that took his side. He had been cheating on me and is why we split up. When the judge ask him to introduce his packed side of the court room when he got to his girlfriend shit hit the fan. Judge ordered all the lawyers into his chambers. me an my 1 friend into the hall way, him an his family and friends to stay in the court room. by the time My friend and i got just outside of the court room doors Sheriff deputies were running up the stairs and stood guard by the doors. My Attorney was the DA at that time. He had a family law practice at the time as well and he took my case. The Judge presided over the kidnapping case and my lawyer had prosecuted the case. My ex was so heavily restricted his family and mine were extremely angry at me said i manipulated everyone. I tried to explain i had no control over the outcome it was decided in chambers because his gf was convicted of kidnapping her children bring them across state lines from Louisiana to Texas. They wouldn&apos;t hear of it they had been lied to and believed the lies that were told by my husband and his parents mad at me because they had to be supervisor over him at there home and his girlfriend wasn&apos;t allowed to be near the children at all. with added, no other women for that matter not related to the immediate family. he had to remain in our county, he must live within 50 miles of me to exorcise visitation and be supervised every other weekend at his parents home.<br>Do right by these children do a back ground check on the man living in their home. Give the father his 50/50 visitation. Mother has admitted to being unfaithful and committing adultery and that has damaging effects on the children as well. The least the judge ca do is order him to do a drug screen and criminal records check. Don&apos;t make them pay the price Judge. You already have serious questions, demand the answers. If a home is all that is important then you should have ask if he had the means to make repairs or move. This mother wants the man she&apos;s living with and her ex the children&apos;s father jumping through hoops for her as well. She&apos;s moved on she has no right trying to control him. If the children need family counseling they can do it with their father separately from their family counseling with their mother. If they were separated working on reunification it would be different that isn&apos;t the facts of this case though. Experience taught me to go with my gut. If something makes me question a situation I don&apos;t ignore it. <br>I hope the judge reads this and puts the children first. The boyfriend maybe a great guy but until he&apos;s checked out you risk the childrens well being.
