  I love how articulate she is, and how she speaks her mind. I wish I could express myself well with speaking. She's just the best. She inspires me to bring out the best in me and to believe in myself. I'm 27 and i lover her so much.

  A Star is Born! One of my favorite movies of all time! I'm a huge Barbra Streisand fan! I have the utmost respect and love for her stance in life and her amazing body of work!

  I grew up hearing Barbra's voice and to this day I still listen to her.  She has a unique gift of making the day ahead of you better just hearing her music.  I also respect the strong woman that she has become.

  This was one of my favorite Barbara Streisand movies!! I was 17 when I went to see it with my sister and my favorite song after that was Evergreen!! still love it today!

  It's obvious from this and other interviews and acceptance speeches for various awards that, besides being insanely talented, Barbra is very smart and would be at the top of any profession she might have entered. Her father was a scholar and out-of-the-box thinker and she may ahve received some of her inquisitive and analytical nature from him. Also, despite her enormous success and decades-long longevity in show business, she has avoided the pitfalls like multiple marriages, substance abuse, run-ins with the law, etc. that many in that business often run into. Also, I love her husband, James Brolin, observation that, besides the business and work-driven part of her nature, "there's a lot of little girl in there."

  I love seeing this again. It's so interesting to see how Barbra's voice has changed.
