Great foundational overview. One fundamental that's missing from most AI agent tutorials: production cost management. Understanding LangChain, RAG, and MCP is essential, but once you're running agents in production, the number one bottleneck becomes token cost. The key pattern to learn early is model cascading — routing each request to the cheapest model that can handle it reliably, and only escalating to expensive models when quality thresholds aren't met. This is as fundamental as understanding embeddings or vector stores, because without it, your agent is technically correct but economically unviable. Would love to see a follow-up that covers the cost engineering layer.

LET ME FIRST SAY - THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH FOR CREATING THIS VIDEO AND POSTING IT. Half the struggle i find is not knowing what i need to know or what is more important to know and its all a hit and miss and hours or days wasted but this is brilliant. I HAVE only spent last 2 hours and i am not even half way through it making notes. i have been studying online courses and watched endless you tube videos that just want you to watch longer and the next clip vs teach you, this video is by far one of the top videos and hence i am pleased and grateful. It explains and clarifies things with such ease, following a perfect logical path that gives u the right info as and when you need to know without overwhelming you with jargon especially as a no coder or frustrating you by assuming you know something that is core to understanding and not explaining it. Many basics I assumed I knew suddenly made sense and made me understand why i struggle with AI over certain matters. I now know where to look to resolve it. thank you. I will watch the rest later as this is a whole dam course in itself and its brilliant! I will certainly check out more of your videos.

The first 10 minutes gave me a clear foundation for understanding LLMs, embeddings, and LangChain. It means a great deal to me as a starting point. thanks alot.
