  I remember that twenty years ago, Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City were freely accessible. However, the system changed permanently following the terrorist incident at Tiananmen, where Xinjiang extremists, allegedly funded by the intelligence agency of the world&apos;s leading superpower, rammed a vehicle into tourists.

  It seems your trip ended the same way it began. &nbsp;You &quot;saw&quot; alot but didn&apos;t understand or misunderstood most of it. &nbsp;Lifelong biases are hard to overcome.

  As a Chinese student study here in New York City, i have to say that cities here in USA are much chaos much dirty much undeveloped and even unsafe to live even New York City the biggest city here. I’m always questioned by the American school mates and friends there’s no freedom in China and it’s poor and undeveloped in China, for the first few months i would explain to them that China is very free and very developed now, the West Media is lying and misleading about China, i said to them the truth is that even New York City is not a big and futuristic city compared the cities in China in everything but they think I’m lying (they still think New York is the biggest and futuristic city in the world), but after claiming too many times I’m tired, they are too brainwashed by the west government and west media, i realized you can’t wake someone &nbsp;that’s pretending sleep.

  For foreign friends who are able to do so, I suggest visiting China once a year for a stay of 20 to 30 days. Instead of rushing around, settle into a single location—such as a guesthouse or hotel—for an extended period. This allows you to immerse yourself in the local culture and scenery, fostering a genuine exchange of ideas. After all, a whirlwind tour offers only a superficial glimpse.

  Chiang Kai Sek was held hostage by a family friend of mine General Bai, got to meet general Bai’s daughter when i was a kid and called her grandma.
