As a Gen X man that went to an ordinary public school and never had the opportunity to go to university I have a semi skilled job as metal machinist. <br><br>The problem today is that people like millennials and Gen Z want more than ever before from life but unlike previous generations, they are not willing to put in the effort that's needed to get what they want. They think they should just get everything for free and without effort. <br><br>Well the world doesn't work like that. You get out what you put in.
