  So, she&apos;s put out by the fact that despite all the financial help she gives her parents, they are leaving everything to a cousin?<br>If she has to pay out so much to help them, how much of an estate would they have anyway?<br>By all means, stop paying for the ungrateful gits, they have totally taken OP for granted, but seriously, if they still have a mortgage at their age and cannot pay it, their estate is going to be worth nothing.

  One thing that bothers mw about these AI stories is that it always brings it down to &quot;I had two choices&quot;, when it&apos;s rare for that to be the case. Once they came to her to save the house, she wasn&apos;t tied to just walking away or going back to how things were. At that point you have all the power, you can use it to say: &quot;This is what&apos;s going to happen...&quot; and create your own deal. There&apos;s nearly always more than 2 options, especially when you&apos;re the one who has what others want.

  Lawyers typically video that a family has disinherited a child demonstrating capacity and lack of compulsion. They do not invite the child to be disinherited.
