  What I like about your cleanup videos is 1. you get rid of junk;  2. you rake up the cuttings,  3. your photography is excellent and from many angles, including a drone; 4. you spend money on 'extra touches' to improve the looks, and 5. you are dressed like Clark Kent to keep us from knowing that you are really Superman.

  A man after my own heart. I mowed the lawn next door to us for about 5 years while it was vacant and unrentable. Pulled shooters, dug out scrub. A landlord with a good reputation bought it and TOTALLY restored it from the bottom up. Now we have nice neighbors.

  OMG THANK YOU FOR CHECKING FOR CATS!<br>Seriously, I am always so worried when I see places get closed up because I had a cat who disappeared for months once when she slipped outside by accident. I thought she&apos;d been hit by a car. I searched for her for weeks, but found no sign of her. Then one day, people came over to clean out the house behind mine whose owner had passed six months previously. The back and garage were full of junk. I heard them open the garage door and begin hauling things out while I was watering flowers. Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw a skinny tabby running across my backyard meowing at me... omg, it was my Emmy! She was just a walking skeleton! I realized she must have been trapped in that garage all those months ago. HOW did she survive? I guess rainwater from the leaking roof and mice. Emmy was filthy and smelled like old motor oil, but alive. I took her to the vet, got her on antibiotics and got some special food &amp; supplements to bring her back to health. My sweet kitty recovered and lived to old age.<br>Ever since then I&apos;ve been horrified when I see people board places up without checking.<br>I am so very grateful you did that. Thank you!

  Great job. My wife really likes watching you. Since I have been sick with cancer I can’t do the yard she is 69 and is teaching herself how to do it. I got her a battery operated mower, weed eater and blower. Proud of her

  Anyone who goes to Lowe’s for plywood to close up the garage deserves high praise. You changed that house and helped make the neighborhood safer.

  I loved the fact that on the last episode that I watched that you had your helpers. Wished you could get volunteers to help more often. That is too much for just one person. My hats off to you; you are one of Gods Angels.

  You go out there, for free, and people say you do a bad job trimming bushes. 🤔 Theyre not out there doing it and it looks 1000 times better than it did. Keep up the great work. This world needs more people like you.
