I can’t believe I’ve gotten old enough to see YouTubers talking about pre physical special split pokemon like it’s a crazy foreign concept

Marowak holding the Thick Club item is so strong. Teach him Swords Dance and he's a 1 shot machine.

I really hope they release Ruby, Sapphire and especially Emerald on Switch, and soon, so we can have the challenge of completing the Gen 3 National Dex.

One note on Alakazam: elemental punches are not available as TMs or move tutor in FRLG. You can only get them via breeding, which is locked behind the post game.

It's so funny how gamefreak thought ghost being physically was okay with the ghastly line being the only Kanto ghost line

Butterfree is sooo useful early game though. Compound eyes making sleep powder almost never miss. Dream eater is solid.

11:08 A bit of a warning to anyone wanting to run the elemental punches on Alakazam. In FRLG they are not available as TM. You either need to trade in a Kadabra/Alakazam from RSE that already knows them, or breed with a Hitmonchan that learns them via level up. Neither of these options are available until the Post-game.
