  Very nice work but to pass in the U.S. there would have to be rails on the stairs to pass and I don't like the blocks at the foot of the bed I can see someone hitting their head or toes ect.

  I have  a new dog, a male nine years old, he is from Poland. He spend most of his life on a chain, there is actually a spot in his neck without hair, I think where the chain was, the last 2,5 years in a refuge in Poland. He was imported to the Netherlands and put up for adoption, he went to an older lady in Amsterdam, she could not handle him and put him back for adoption. That is where he came to me. He is kind, gentle, intelligent and curious. He had no training at all to start with. So I tried to train him and he learned quickly and it made him a calmer dog, he is now living in my apartment with me for about two weeks. I enjoy him very much, my age is 72 y.o. My last dog died in June 2025 after 17 years of loyal friendship, he was mix. My new dog Sam is also a mix, I have no real problems with Sam, we make progress every day, this afternoon he gave me a bow. I’d made me emotional, that he gave me that after being treated so badly all of his life. Why I write this, I like your video’s and wonder, what tips you could give me to give him a good life as a good stable dog. I think I am able to, I think and I think I am doing pretty good, but I am open for advice that can help him adept to his new life so  much different than his last nine years. He now can walk relaxed on a lease, he knows how to: sit, wait, knows “no” and we are training more cues. He ascaped me once, luckily he was found very quickly. I can understand that he longs for freedom, after having being in “prison” for so , he is always looking for escape routes, i walk him with a anti escape harnas and collar. Please, tell me what Incan do more…

  Вложено немало сил и средств, осуществлено множество идей и задумок...НО....НО... как реально жить в этом бетонно - каменном великолепии? Возможно. я очень устарела во взглядах и понятиях о настоящем, теплом и уютном доме...... Приехать в такой дом на пару недель отдыха- да! Но жить  в нем постоянно? Нет. нет . и еще раз -нет!  это не дом для жизни , это дом для поддержания своих амбиций, уж простите!

  Yes the house is beautiful, but I would never step foot in it. Had any body else realised there are no hand rails around any of the stairs our anything keeping you from falling. None on the stairs out side going up the house.none on the loft in the garsge. Nope not it would just be my luck I would fall off.
