As someone who bought and used dumb phone for a year, please buy it.
It helps a lot. it is not a forever realisation, but oh God, it is great. It also helps you build resiliance once you go back to smart phone.

What I did personally was to delete all endless scrolling social media from my phone first. Apps like twitter, TikTok, Facebook.

The apps I have on my phone now are apps where I post (so I just have apps where I create and not consume). I also set daily time limit for the two social media apps I have on my phone—1hr for each day. Once it’s exhausts, the app automatically closes.

I also removed apps on my Home Screen. Made all application icons in dark backgrounds—so there’s this zero urge to wanna even use the phone.

I turned my phone to a tool. I’m in full control of my phone and I’m using its technology to my full advantage.

Nice video bro!

 Great advice!
Funny thing about searching apps for making opening it less convenient, I usually search for most of my apps, since I have so many of them, I do not recall where they are on the screen! :D
Also I am using grayscale filter, and it is really noticeable, that you do not want to spend so much time on the phone.
Thanks for the video!

Delete all social media apps. You tube is good for research. Have purpose in your life, and all the distractions become pointless
