You know I didn't know squat about opals until I met you my friend. Your knowledge and passion for opals is what opened my eyes to them. You can stand there and look at opals for hours but until you physically hold one in your hand and mold it into the shape it was meant to be you truly don't know the magic it contains. I really appreciate what you said in the video about only focusing on the value of opals. For the longest time I thought I was wasting my time and money on opals because I never bothered trying to sell them or worried about their value. Then I realized I cut opals because I love the beauty that they hold inside. Have a blessed weekend my friend.

The display of colors in opals are amazing. They are never the same and I love the differences in each one. They each tell an amazing story.

To me opals is like having a tiny rainbow trapped within a stone. The way these colors shift and change depending on the angle of light is magical. Each opal is unique, and i love seing those video and discovering knew pattern and palette of colors.

The fact that such a stunning display of colors can be found naturally in something this small is truly astonishing.

If I were to have this one I would gladly send you a photo of the finished product once I tried my best at it.

Opals are unrivaled in the excitement and mystery that they hold. Cutting an opal is always an adventure. I am sorry this adventure ended like this.

My granny's name was Opal. My mom asked her to pick my name and she chose Jade. My mom "KNEW" she was pregnant with a girl. When I came out very much male they decided "Jade can be a boy's name too." The name has grown on me & it's an easy icebreaker. Opal (not jade) has always been my favorite stone. It's like god took every gem & put them into one stone. I don't know how to "hype" a video but I'm gonna figure it out. I'd LOVE to win an opal.

The unique colors and patterns in each stone is so different from other gems. That's a big reason they've long been a favorite of mine.

Personally, I think the uniqueness of each stone is what sets opal apart from all other stones. That color pops exceptionally well with black opal. Each stone is a truly unique adventure, and I love watching the couple youtubers that cut opal. Nature's masterpieces, each and every one of them.
