  Please don’t confuse Accra with Greater Accra. Original Accra is the James Town/Makola area. The rest like Kokomlemle, Adabraka etc are suburbs of Accra, NOT Accra. Then there’s Greater Accra which is a POLITICAL REGION, with Dodowa as the capital. Greater Accra this comprises of original Accra and it suburbs, Tema, Ningo-Prampram, Shail Hills, Dodowa, Dawenya, Dawa, Ada West and Ada East where Big Ada and Ada-Foah are located. One Love.
