  I turn 70 next month and recently transitioned into my car this past April.  I made that decision a year ago because rent increased every year until it was unaffordable.  I practiced and prepared in my driveway for a year and I get what you're experiencing.  I would stay in my car one night and had difficulties which I had to sovled.  Every night a different problem popped up.  I finally got everything together to where life runs smoothly, but it took time.  Hang in there.  Conquer one or two beasts at a time.  It will get better.❤

  So many people are going to be living in their cars or RV’s and they probably are already doing so.  You are definitely not alone.

  If you ever get a slightly larger car get one with a sunroof / vent that way you can get air without opening a window . Lets hope your channel grows and is a great source of income for this new adventure .

  After hearing stories like this, I am just mad at some of the property owners for price goudging and being slum lords.  It's like only the rich and wealthier segments of our society can afford descent housing.  It's disgusting.

  "With the rent and my wages, I don't make high wages, I did not have time to sleep in that bed."  Your comment brutally captures the reality of many people's lives.  For a huge number of folks, the salary barely enough to cover basic expenses and overtime pay is needed just to get by.  I wish you and Parky the absolute best as you embark on the next chapter of your lives.

  My wife passed away 3 year's ago.  The bank has since went up on the house payment 250.00 per payment.  I'm moving into a slid in truck bed camper at 60.

  Hi lol I lived in my car with my fur baby for 2 years because I left an abusive marriage & I couldn't afford to rent privately now I've upgraded to my van i love your fur baby 🐶 I'm glad you made it work for you it always starts off hard but it gets easier & you get used to it hi from Australia 🇦🇺
