  I’m an Indigenous Native American Christian…and my grandmother told me don’t answer anything back in the woods.  Don’t follow a child who beckons you.  I’m thankful that I’ve never seen BIG FOOT.  Many elders have seen it.  My aunt before she passed attended Church on another Tribal Reservation told me that she seen one sitting on a mountain 🏔️ watching the vehicles go by.  This was a few years before she passed.  I know my AUNTIE was very honest.  I believe it’s SUPERNATURAL.

  I am 57, had 30+ encounters when I was younger, never ever had insecurities about telling people my stories. Never really cared what people think.

  I’m from Arkansas also 😮 I live in a little rural town by a river and I live alone. I’m a night owl and I have to say that I have heard mysterious sounds like a knock or banging up against my house several times and there is nothing that could do that, but maybe be a bear.

  Boy you weren't kidding about this story being terrifying. I literally have chills. I can't even imagine how this man had to have felt as a child, running into this humongous creature. I'm glad that his stepfather believed him - seriously, how would a 10 yr old be capable of burying the business end of a rifle into the ground clear up to the trigger? And the part where his mom shot at it - 😳 Listening to this a second time is even scarier.😬

  I&apos;m from Arkansas and when I was a young child back in the late 1970s my cousin and I saw a set of red eyes looking through a window at us at my grandma&apos;s house the window was 7 feet off the ground outside the house so it had to be at least 8 foot tall. I once did a little research into what the Cherokee said about them if anything and I keep coming up with devils.<br>I think some of them are going to be peaceful and just go about their business and some are going to get curious or aggressive just like any other animal.

  I wonder if it would have broken into the house if they had stayed there? Or, did it get brave because they left? &nbsp;The thought of that thing towering over the pitch of the roof while standing on the <br>A/C unit is terrifying!!

  I have been primitive camping thousands of times across the Country, never seen anything. <br>My Brother saw one step over a 5 wire Barbed wire fence, that would mean it was at least 10 feet tall.
