  I live in a neighborhood in which when people pass by in front of my house and they see that I proudly display the American flag they ask me why?... not hiding their disdain for it. I simply tell them " because I'm grateful". Like this amazing man, I too had the blessing of being born in another country and having material for comparison to know how great America is. I'm too successful businessman and I know that I would not be near successful if it wasn't for the conditions I find in this beautiful land. Thank you Jensen, thank you America. Happy 250th.

  I came to Boston with my family, all 7 of us in 1969. I could relay to Mr. Huang’s experience. This country gave me everything I have, including lived in Palo Alto for 28 years before moving to Texas for retirement.

  Mr. Huang has weathered hardships from a young age through adulthood. Even so, and despite understanding that no country is perfect, his profound love for his homeland has never wavered. His patriotism is both genuine and inspiring. In that regard, he serves as a powerful example to those who do little but complain, demonstrating that it is possible to acknowledge a nation’s shortcomings while still appreciating and contributing to its strengths.

  Being an Asian immigrant myself, I saw myself in Jensen's parents who took on the sacrifices and the journey to provide for their family here in America and to allow their children the opportunity to participate in the greatest nation the world has ever known. Yes, I am glad I made that choice too and would do it again if I have to.
