King Toad's room was removed from Blox Fruits due to a glitch that allowed players to exploit it for infinite fruits, essentially breaking the game's economy. This exploit was discovered when the Blox Gacha feature was initially introduced. The room was part of the game's lore, where King Toad was overthrown by rip_indra and reduced to simply "Toad".
