  The boss cannot be replaced because the reality is half of the members are childhood friends. This was proven when Chrollo got kidnapped and the fact that Paku sacrificed herself for them.

  Here&apos;s my opinion: Shiela left after her friend Sarasa died cause she felt something good but didn&apos;t what exactly and why. <br>Years after not far from the Kurta clan Kurapika helped her with her injuries. Shiela liked the goodness of Kurapika. She told him about the hunter exam and gave him a book. <br>Then, Shiela left something in the clan and contacted the troupe somehow to avenge her hence the troupe&apos;s note left there by the Spiders. <br>Why? Cause Shiela feels joy and pleasure when chaos and hatred towards her grow. Sounds familiar? Pariston Hill. <br>Shiela wore a headband with a rat&apos;s ears. And gender is often fluid in HxH like the case of Kalluto and Cleopetro, and I honestly don&apos;t know at this point if Alluka is male or female. <br>If this is somehow true Pariston will have to face the wrath of Kurapika and the troupe. Of course he/she will be ecstatic based on what we learned about his/her caracter, motivations, and how he/she operates.
