It's amazing that Americans took this long to appreciate both the beauty, the unique culture and the delicious delicacies of the Portuguese kitchen

This brings tears to my eyes. What our mothers did with almost nothing. Sadly, today, people just want fast food. Portugal not only gave worlds to the world through their navigation and discoveries, but also has given food to the world from our traditions. I’m very proud.to be Portuguese.
