  This Doc is a excellent!! Won’t throw anyone under the bus but clearly states the standard of care. Does not get personal either. I am not on either side but the truth and the standard of care being met or not. You can’t always blame the nurses. We take all of the responsibilities but none of the accolades. 😷

  Everytime I've seen any Dr for my knee injury I was instructed to take my brace all the way off cause I was told they couldn't do anything with it on

  The best is when the attorney asks "do you agree that palpating pedal pulses is an unreliable way to determine flow of blood in a vein?" First off, pulses are arterial flow; not venous flow. Yes, pulses matter. It's very reliable. LOL. Oh my. Please attorneys, if you are going to have a remote chance of speaking about or understanding human anatomy, and physiology, you need to take several college courses on the subject. Then repeat them multiple times throughout your career. By the way, if a nurse or a provider can palpate pedal pulses, there is no need to order an ABI. Much more reliable tests; however, if pedal pulses are palpable, there is no need to order other more sensitive tests.

  I hope you guys sued the real culprits. &nbsp;The guy who lifted the gate on the guy and the gate owner who obviously didn&apos;t have any safety mechanisms in place. Even my garage door has a basic IR beam to disable it when something is in the way. &nbsp;MAybe gate manufacturer as well.
