  Hey mate, listen to this hey? No one can hurt you more than you, something I've realised is super important is to be kind to yourself, before you say something like "Aw that's weak and corny" stop, listen for a sec, if your making fun of yourself and breaking yourself down, your not taking yourself seriously are you? So why would anyone else? You gotta respect and love yourself dude, I mean it, if you love and respect yourself it's a win win, why? Here, if you do, you'll be more confident and attract people who will love how genuine you are, and if not, you'll realise you don't belong around those people and you won't waste your time seeking their approval, your fighting a war, while they're fighting a battle, it's a long game my friend. Stock up, lock and load, and I love you.

  What I dislike about the comments is that they are all so positive, loving, and peaceful, but then the same people are probably hateful outside of this video.

  If you&apos;re reading this...<br><br>All that bad crap, all those bad days and nights, all the internal turmoil you&apos;re going through...<br>It&apos;s gonna get better, I promise you it will.<br><br>Trust me, I&apos;m 46. I&apos;ve had friends and women leave me when I on my low, I watched and felt my own father die while I was standing in front of him, and I&apos;ve been literally left for dead in a ditch in the middle of nowhere before, and much much more. <br><br>But you know what?<br><br>I kept getting back up. I kept clinging to hope and punching my way out of Hell. Why? Why did I do that?<br><br>Because I knew in the back of my mind that no matter what, there would always be better days.<br><br>Hope gave me that. Hope and hard work. Believe in the first one &amp; do the second one and I promise, oh I promise, that you&apos;ll see better days.   I nearly closed Clara Hartley’s anxiety quiz halfway through because some of the questions didn’t seem relevant at all. I’m glad I finished it though, because the result explained what those questions were apparently measuring. Still not sure I agree with everything, but it was interesting.
