  Hey all! Hope you're enjoying the videos. Been diving into some of the extended lore, however the research can be very tedious. I usually just use popular sources for research, but it's clear some parts were left out. I should have cross checked with other sources for this one.  Will continue to do my best, but please check the description for important notes about the video. Moving forward I think I'm going to stick to main trilogy and Clone Wars because I know those best.

  Bane is my favorite! The audiobooks were absolutely amazing, a trilogy to rival the Skywalker story

  Path of destruction is my favorite Star Wars novel, before reading my only knowledge of the lore came from the original and prequel trilogy movies. Awesome book, he came from nothing, poor, miner, son of an abusive alcoholic father, soldier, and eventually the creator of the rule of two and lineage of Palpatine and Vader. He’s their great great great, etc. Sith Lord grandpapa. I love how they dove deep into Sith training, he goes and finds the Sith Holocrons, and he is a bit of an extremist when it comes to Sith teachings, but you can’t argue with results with his lineage in palpatine eventually taking over the republic, more progress than any Sith before him, even if it was for only a few decades.

  It was Skere Kaan who saw a problem with the old ways and created the brotherhood. He was the one who tried to bring cooperation and harmony inbetween the sith and worried about the greater good. Bane was the one who squashed this corruption of sith mastery, and replaced it with the rule of two. The rule of two is an improvement of the old ways. The brotherhood is a corruption.
