  He hugged Tyson into a decision. Unfortunately, after this fight many of Tyson&apos;s opponents resorted to holding and many where not called out for it because of bad officiating.

  More of this please! Boxing isn&apos;t just about the greats. It&apos;s about the challengers and gate keepers that the greats defeat to be great. This man was a respectable fighter and should be given his do for doing what most of us could not or even would not do.

  I really like Bonecrusher Smith. He is a clean living person with a college degree who only turned pro at 28, but won the WBA heavyweight title by knocking out Tim Witherspoon in 1986 (second fight). He also beat Mike Weaver twice, dropped Razor Ruddock, knocked out Frank Bruno, went 12 rounds with Mike Tyson, won a decision (disputed) over Jose Ribalta, whom he decked in round 1. He also knocked down and outpointed Marvis Frazier and twice fought Larry Holmes before being stopped late on both occasions. He is only four years younger than Foreman and three years younger than Holmes but he only made his pro debut in 1981. Smith was an unusual but entertaining character who could punch hard with either hand. He really seems like a nice, straight up guy, not a street punk like a Mitch Green or a Donnie Long. I really miss mid 1980s and 1990s &nbsp;boxing. These men were real fighters not like the heavyweights of today who fight twice a year and box &apos;safe&apos; all the time.
