  If people only knew how EASY it is to create the life you want! When people say to me, No wonder you’re happy, you’re rich. I say to them, No no no, I’m rich BECAUSE I’m happy! For me, all I did was SMILE. Smile because the sky was blue, smile because the sky was grey. Smile because you have a job, smile despite getting laid off. When you go through life just knowing things will work out, they will. Feel appreciative, always. The bottom line is, ENJOY EVERY experience GOOD or BAD.

  Thank you for breaking this down. I discovered Neville almost 5 months ago. As soon as I learned of his teachings I knew they worked before I started practicing. As a 5 year-old i was desperate for a little brother my mom wasn’t supposed to be able to have kids anymore after me. &nbsp;My parents would put me to bed andI would get back out of bed and pray for a little brother and fall asleep imagining that I had one. I now have a little brother despite doctors and reality saying it was Impossible. Since practicing SATS and doing the mental diet I have received a 9k deposit in the form of an underpayment of disability from the government. &nbsp;I haven’t been disabled in almost three years. I also landed a job making $8 more an hour an almost 40% increase and the job is less stressful. All this to say it works. It all really works. Become the person capable of living the life you desire and that life will be yours! blessings to everyone ❤

  Neville was remarkably ahead of his time. His methodology parallels what we now understand about the brain: rehearse new mental states repeatedly, make new ways of thinking more familiar, and let those states increasingly become traits.

  I learned about and have been writing out gratitude lists for many years. I learned this tool in AA. So my gratitudes were often things like, a roof over my head or I woke up sober today. Most recently, I knew I wasn’t getting as much out of them as I once did. Then I heard Neville talk about the importance of gratitude for my new life! That was a massive breakthrough and so exciting! 🙏🔥<br>Thank you, David. I love your work and btw, I gave up caffeine mid July after listening to your talk. I did the unimaginable again! I gave up drugs and alcohol back in 2012. I’m now working on getting my health and physical body to a better place. I’m 59 years old and I’ve got lots of life to live! 🙏😍

  I abused alcohol for 10 years. Then, one day I wore my &quot;pious thread&quot; and declared, &quot; I m not an alcoholic&quot;. 3 years since, I have not touched any form of alcohol. Just gave up cold turkey. <br>I changed my identity. It literally changed my life.

  I listen to soothing music first then 5 minutes in I start visualizing. I do it a few times then I let go. Everything had come to me when I’m not thinking about it. I had manifested 8 things out of 10 within 6 years. My dream car. I bought my own house in the town I wanted. I got the 2 jobs I wanted and I also manifested my dream guy♥️I’m going to manifest the big win next. Now I want to win first prize of Cash for life and first prize of Power Ball🎉 I want both!
