  When MX grabs boyfriend I imagine that he actually grabs him and when BF screams it's because MX is about to run directly off the cliff, and they have an "oh shit" cartoon moment before MX dropped BF and GF catches him

  I like how Powerdown ends with the jingle for when Mario meets his demise, and Demise has the pipe travel noise as it ends, which pulls double duty as it&apos;s also used when Mario suffers a powerdown. It&apos;s a fun touch.

  My favorite detail is not the timer staying on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdvbLXGHShc&amp;t=3">0:03</a> but whenever an opponent does a laugh BF will always respond with his own. However this is not the case with MX because only a true psychopath would laugh in this situation.
