Thank you for sharing your experience ❤ horrific experience just goes to show how vulnerable we can be..went to Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 three years ago and we drove by the beach…they still have reminders of this..the air was filled with sadness and very quiet. Tour guide said every tour bus send prayer 🙏 to all passed and survived. One could feel the energy. Tears fall for them hopefully the souls have moved on to a happier place in spirit world

Have had Bell's Palsey and althoigh I had the meds it was acupuncture which restored my face to normal after it had drooped about a cm. Was like magic!!
